THE FUSION OF HIP HOP AND FITNESS

JAMZFIT is the fusion of hip hop and fitness. Jamzfit provides open level classes that incorporate fitness, elements of hip hop and rhythmic movement to give you a complete workout while improving your energy, stamina, coordination and rhythm. Our classes help build confidence and encourage you to be comfortable in your own moves, whether you are a fitness and dance expert or complete newbie. You don't have to be a fitness The great thing about JAMZFIT is that you don't have to be a professional dancer or have any dance skills to take a class. The choreography is easy to learn and the classes are suitable for people with all levels of dance experience from the absolute beginner to the professional trained dancer.

 

The mission of JAMZFIT is to provide a fun and exciting way to get fit while spreading the joy of dance. Through various dance classes and workouts, JAMZFIT encourages people to have fun while getting fit and learning how to dance. Exercise is a thing of the past. THE CLASSES

Why spend time at the gym when you can just dance? Take up a JAMZFIT dance fitness class instead to help achieve your fitness goals. Our classes are designed to keep the body moving to help build stamina and burn calories, while utilizing various muscle groups to help strengthen, tone and tighten. JAMZFIT classes also incorporate fundamentals of hip hop culture, dance technique and choreography to help enhance skills and improve technique, execution and performance ability.

 

JAMZFIT

This is a high intensity cardio-based workout that incorporates cardio fitness, elements of hip hop and basic dance technique with simple choreography. This workout focuses on keeping your body moving and getting that heart rate pumping. It is suitable for people with all levels and dance experience from the absolute beginner to the professional trained dancer. 
 

BRUK OUT CIRCUIT

Bruk Out Circuit is our Afro-Caribbean inspired workout that incorporates various styles of African and Caribbean music and dance. These dances emphasize attitude, presence, and just pure fun. Come "wine" to the tunes of popular Caribbean artists like Sean Paul and Elephant Man, while learning all the latest West African and dancehall moves.

 

DIVAJAM

Want to learn how to strut like Bey? Take a DivaJam class! This class was created especially for all you fabulous divas. In this session, we work on songs and choreography inspired by popular divas like Beyonce, Janet Jackson, Britney Spears and more. The dances are fun, sassy and sexy. Come bring out your inner diva and learn how to slay in this fierce dance class!

JAMZFIT is coming to the East Coast with classes in NYC. We are currently working on finding a permanent home for our studio, but should have something soon!

LOS ANGELES

COMING SOON!
If you're on the West Coast, you can take a JAMZFIT class In the Los Angeles area. Pop up classes will be held in HOLLYWOOD and in NORTH HOLLYWOOD until we find a permanent home for our studio.
